    Central University of Haryana will hold open counselling for vacant seats. Department-wise vacant seat-matrix to be uploaded on website on 20th July, 2018. 

    Only those candidates who have registered for Online Counselling are eligible to participate in the Open Counselling. The physical presence of the candidate is mandatory. 

    The eligible candidates who couldn’t register for Online Counselling may also participate in Open Counselling but their candidature shall be considered only after exhausting the list of candidates already registered for Online Counselling. Such candidates shall be required to pay the prescribed Regn. Fee through Challan at the time of reporting i.e. between 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on 23rd July 2018. In case seats remain vacant after exhausting the Merit List and Waiting List, the newly registered eligible candidates who have qualified CUCET in respective discipline and have opted CUH as one of the options may be considered for admission. Such candidates shall be required to pay the prescribed admission fees after verification of relevant documents on 25th July 2018. 

    Venue and Time for Open Counselling and Reporting: 

    a. UG (B.Tech & B.Voc): University Auditorium 
    b. For PG programmes: Individual department offices 
    c. Reporting Time: 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
    d. Date- 23.07.2018 

    The verification of relevant documents shall be carried out by the departmental admission committee at the time of reporting to assess the eligibility of the candidate on the basis of check-list proforma to be filled by the candidates. 

    IT Team shall provide the link for payment to the successful candidates and assist them in making the payment through Payment Desk/Gateway. The Payment Help Desk shall be operative till 06:00 PM. 

    All the candidates shall be required to get their documents verified in the concerned department and deposit the fee on the same day through Debit/Credit Card, Online Banking, etc. However, Cash Payment, Cheque or DD may not be accepted. 

    Fee may be deposited by the successful candidates online through the link available on University website till 11:59 PM on 23rd July 2018. The candidates shall be required to submit one copy of Invoice/Proof of Payment in the concerned department for verification by 10:00 AM, the next day. 

    The departments shall draw a separate list for the ‘Candidates in Waiting’ which will be exercised for admission on 24th July 2018 on the basis of latest Vacant Seat position. Candidates considered for admission against waiting list shall be required to pay the prescribed fee on 24th July 2018 till 11:59 PM.
