    HARYANA COLLEGES ONLINE ADMISSIONS 2019-2020 SCHEDULE, ELIGIBILITY, COUNSELLING AND MERIT LIST 

    Online application for admission to UG Courses in Haryana Colleges affiliated to all Universities of the state are invited as per schedule given below-

    Courses and Eligibility-

    1. B.A-I Duration: 03 Years (Semester System) General Course 
    Eligibility for MDU Rohtak , BPSMV Khanpur, IGU Meerpur, CBLU Bhiwani, Gurugram University- 
    Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) with atleast 33% marks in aggregate. 

    For KU Kurukshetra, CSRU Jind, CDLU Sirsa
    10+2 with 33% Marks & English* as one of the subjects 
    Note:- 
    A candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to re-appear in one subject only in 10+2 or equivalent examination obtaining at least 33% marks in the aggregate respectively, may be allowed to study provisionally for the B.A. (General) I Semester Class. Such a candidate shall be allowed to clear the compartment/ reappear subject before commencement of the examination of 1st semester

    2. B.Com-I Duration: 03 Years (Semester System)
    Eligibility for MDU Rohtak , BPSMV Khanpur, IGU Meerpur, CBLU Bhiwani, Gurugram University-
    Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) with atleast 40% marks in aggregate.

    For KU Kurukshetra, CSRU Jind, CDLU Sirsa
    40% marks with English* as one of the subjects for those who have passed 10+2 in Commerce 
    or
    50% marks with English as one of the subjects for those who have passed 10+2 in Non-Commerce (Arts and Science) 
    Note:- 
    A candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to re-appear in one subject only in 10+2 or equivalent examination obtaining at least 40% marks in the aggregate in Commerce Group or 50% marks in Non-Commerce Group (Humanities & Science), may be allowed to read provisionally for the B.Com. 1st Semester class. Such a candidate shall be allowed to clear the compartment/ reappear subject before commencement of the examination of 1st semester.

    3. B.Sc. (Non-Medical)-I Duration: 03 Years General Course

    Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) with atleast 45% marks in aggregate. Note: The candidate seeking admission to B.Sc. (Non-Medical group) Sem-I should have passed the above mentioned qualifying examination with English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and those seeking admission to B.Sc. (Medical group) Sem-I should have passed the above mentioned examination with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology. 

    For KU Kurukshetra, CSRU Jind, CDLU Sirsa
    10+2 Science with 40% marks in aggregate along with English* 
    Note:- 
    A candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to re-appear in one subject only in 10+2 or equivalent examination obtaining at least 40% marks in the aggregate respectively, may be allowed to study provisionally for the B.Sc. (General) I Semester Class. Such a candidate shall be allowed to clear the compartment/ reappear subject before commencement of the examination of 1st semester. 

    5. BCA-I (Bachelor of Computer Applications) Duration: 03 Years (Semester System)
    Eligibility for MDU Rohtak , BPSMV Khanpur, IGU Meerpur, CBLU Bhiwani, Gurugram University-
    Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) with 45% marks in aggregate or an equivalent examination recognised by this University. OR Three years Diploma Course conducted by State Board of Technical Education or any other examination recognized by the State Board of Technical Education as equivalent thereto

    For KU Kurukshetra, CSRU Jind, CDLU Sirsa
    10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate along with English (47.5% for SC/ST) Mathematics Condition in 10+2 is removed by KUK

    6. PGDCA Duration: 01 Year (Annual System)Eligibility for MDU Rohtak , BPSMV Khanpur, IGU Meerpur, CBLU Bhiwani, Gurugram University- 
    Bachelor Degree in any discipline with atleast 45% marks in aggregate or any other examination recognised by M.D.U. Rohtak as equivalent thereto.

    For KU Kurukshetra, CSRU Jind, CDLU Sirsa
    Graduation in any Stream

    Courses and Eligibility in Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar

    (i) A candidate who has passed one of the following examinations with English as one of the subjects, shall be eligible to join First Semester of the course: 

    1. For B.A./ B.Sc. (Physical Sciences) 

    Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of the Board of School Education, Haryana; or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 33% marks in aggregate for admission to B.A. (General) course and at least 40% marks in aggregate in Science Group for admission to B.Sc. (Physical Sciences) course(s). 

    2. For B.A./ B.Sc. (Hons.) 

    Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of the Board of School Education, Haryana or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate or 50% marks in the subject offered for the Honours Course. 
    Note:- 
    (i) A candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to re-appear in one subject only in Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of the Board of School Education, Haryana, or equivalent examination of another University/ Board obtaining at least 33% or 40% marks in the aggregate respectively, may be allowed to study provisionally for the B.A./ B.Sc. (Physical Sciences) 1st Semester Class. Such a candidate shall be allowed to clear the compartment/ reappear subject before commencement of the examination of 1st semester of the B.A./ B.Sc. (Physical Sciences) and Honours Course of the University. If a candidate does not clear his/her compartment/ reappear subject even before commencement of the 1st Semester examination, his/her provisional admission to B.A./ B.Sc. (Part-I) shall be cancelled ab initio. However, the ViceChancellor may relax it in hard & exceptional cases, on the recommendations of a Committee to be constituted by the Vice-Chancellor. 
    (ii) In case of the candidate who has been placed under compartment/ re-appear in one subject only in the qualifying examination and seeks admission to B.A./ B.Sc. (Physical Sciences) First Semester course under above clause, the required percentage of marks for admission shall be determined by taking into account the minimum pass marks in compartment/ re-appear subject. 
    (iii) A candidate of another University/ Board who did not pass in the subject of English or any one deficient subject in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of Board of School Education, Haryana or in an examination recognized as equivalent thereto, may be allowed to join the B.A./ B.Sc. (Physical Sciences) First Semester class provisionally subject to his/her qualifying in the subject of English or any one deficient subject of 10+2 standard examination at the: 
    (a) Supplementary examination of the same year; 
    OR 
    (b) Annual Examination of the following year. 

    Provided that his/her result of B.A./ B.Sc. Semesters I and II Examinations shall be declared only after he /she has qualified in the required subject. If he/she does not clear the subject of English or any one deficient subject even in the second chance, his/her provisional admission/ result of B.A./ B.Sc. I and II Semester shall be cancelled ab initio. 

    (ii). A candidate, who has passed one of the following examinations with English as one of the subjects, shall be eligible to join First Semester of the B.Com. course: 

    For Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) 

    Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of the Board of School Education, Haryana; or as examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 40% marks in the Commerce Group or 50% marks in the NonCommerce Group (Humanities & Science with Mathematics) 
    Note:- 
    (i) A candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to reappear in one subject only in Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of the Board of School Education, Haryana, or equivalent examination of another University/ Board obtaining at least 40% marks in the aggregate in Commerce Group or 50% marks in Non-Commerce Group (Humanities & Science with Mathematics), may be allowed to read provisionally for the B.Com. 1st Semester class. Such a candidate shall be allowed to clear the compartment/ re-appear subject before commencement of the examination of 1st semester of the B.Com. Course of the University. If a candidate does not clear his/her compartment/ reappear subject even before commencement of the 1st Semester examination, his/her provisional admission to B.Com.     A candidate who has passed 10+2 examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with Mathematics as one of the subjects obtaining at least 50% marks in the aggregate, shall be eligible to join First Semester of the course. 
    A candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to reappear in one subject only in Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of the Board of School Education, Haryana, or equivalent examination of another University/ Board obtaining at least 50% marks in aggregate, may be allowed to read provisionally for the BCA 1st Semester class. 
    Such a candidate shall be allowed to clear the compartment/ reappear subject before commencement of the examination of 1st semester of the BCA Course of the University. If a candidate does not clear his/her compartment/ reappear subject even before commencement of the 1st Semester examination, his/her provisional admission to BCA Course (Part-I) shall be cancelled ab initio. However, the Vice-Chancellor may relax it, hard & exceptional cases, on the recommendations of a committee to be constituted by the Vice-Chancellor. 

    A candidate of another University /Board who did not pass in the subject of English or any one deficient subject in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of Board of School Education, Haryana or in an examination recognized as equivalent thereto, may be allowed to join the BCA First Semester class provisionally subject to his qualifying in the subject of English or any one deficient subject of 10+2 standard examination at the: 
    (a) Supplementary examination of the same year; 
    OR 
    (b) Annual Examination of the following year. Provided that his result of BCA Semesters I and II Examinations shall be declared only after he has qualified in the required subject. If he does not clear the subject of English or any one deficient subject even in the second chance, his provisional admission/ result of BCA I and II Semester shall be cancelled ab initio. 

    (iv). Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) 

    A person who passed 10+2 examination of Board of School Education, Haryana, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with English as one of the subjects obtaining at least 40% marks in the aggregate shall be eligible for the course. 
    A candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to re-appear in one subject only in 10+2 examination or equivalent examination obtaining at least 40% marks in the aggregate, may be allowed to read provisionally for the BBA Part-I Class. 
    Such a candidate shall be allowed to clear the compartment/ re-appear subject in two consecutive chances from the concerned University/ Board. If such a candidate fails to clear/ qualify in the compartment/ re-appear subject at the supplementary examination he/she shall be permitted to continue his/her studies for BBA and to appear again in the compartment/ re-appear subject alongwith his/her BBA examination. If he/she does not clear his/her compartment/ re-appear subject even in the second chance, his/her provisional admission/ result of BBA shall be stand ab initio. 

    (v). Bachelor of Mass Communication 

    A person who has passed Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) from the Board of School Education, Haryana, or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects and with at least 50% marks in aggregate, shall be eligible to join the First Semester of the course.

    A candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to re-appear in one subject only in Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of the Board of School Education, Haryana, or equivalent examination, may be allowed to read provisionally for B.A. (Mass Communication) 1st Semester class. Such a candidate shall be allowed to clear the compartment/ re-appear subject in two consecutive chances from the concerned University/ Board. If such a candidate fails to clear/ qualify in the compartment/ re-appear subject in two consecutive chances from the concerned University/ Board. If such a candidate fails to clear/ qualify in the compartment/ re-appear subject at the supplementary examination, he/she shall be permitted to continue his/her studies for B.A. (Mass Communication) II Semester class and to appear again in the compartment/ reappear subject alongwith his/her B.A. (Mass Communication) II semester examination provisionally. If he/she does not clear his/her compartment/re-appear subject even in the second chance, his/ her provisional admission and the result of B.A. (Mass Communication) I and II Semesters shall be cancelled ab initio. 

    (vi). M.A. (English) 

    Bachelor Degree with atleast 45% marks in aggregate with 45% marks in the subject of English. Weightage: 10% weightage of the marks obtained will be given for (Hons.) in English subject at the graduation level. 

    (vii) . M.A. (Hindi) 

    Bachelor Degree with atleast 45% marks in aggregate with 45% marks in the subject of Hindi. Weightage: 10% weightage of the marks obtained will be given for (Hons.) in Hindi subject at the graduation level. 

    (viii). M.A. (Sanskrit) 

    B.A. (Hons.) in Sanskrit with at lest 45% marks in the aggregate; OR B.A. or an examination recognized as equivalent to B.A., with Sanskrit (Elective or Compulsory) with 45% marks in Sanskrit or 50% marks in the aggregate; or Shastri (Vishishta with English) with at least 45% marks (out of the aggregate excluding the additional papers) in Sanskrit. 

    (ix). M.A. (Political Science) 

    (i) B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science with 45% marks in aggregate. 
    OR 
    (ii) B.A. with at least 45% marks in the subject of Political Science/ Public Administration/ Sociology/ History/ Economics. 
    OR 
    (iii) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks. 

    (x). M.A. (Psychology) 

    (i) B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology with 45% marks in aggregate. 
    OR 
    (ii) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in the subject of Psychology. 

    (xi). M.A. (Economics) 

    Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or with at least 45% marks in the subject of Economics. 

    (xii). M.Sc. (Geography) 

    B.A./B.Sc. (General or Hons.) with Geography as a subject with 50% marks in aggregate. 

    (xiii). M.Sc. (Biotechnology) 

    Graduate in any discipline of Biological Science/ Veterinary Science / Agricultural Sciences/ Fishery Sciences/ Pharmacy/ B.Tech. Biotechnology or Medicine (MBBS/BAMS/B.D.S.) with at least 50% marks (pass marks for SC candidates of Haryana). 

    (xiv). M.Sc. (Mathematics) 

    B.A.(Hons.)/ B.Sc.. (Hons.) in Mathematics with atleast 50% marks (pass marks for SC candidates of Haryana) OR B.A./B.Sc. with atleast 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as one of the subjects in each Semester/ Year of B.A./ B.Sc. degree (pass marks for SC candidates of Haryana). 

    (xv). M.Com. 

    Any Commerce graduate/ BA with Economics/ BBA with atleast 50% marks (47.5% for SC category of Haryana) from recognized a university. 

    (xvi). For all Law Course(s) 

    For all Law Course(s), the qualification prescribed by the Bar Council of India (BCI) be followed strictly. 

    (xvii). For all Education Courses / Programmes 

    For all Education Courses/ Programmes, the qualification prescribed by the N.C.T.E. be followed strictly. 
    Note: 
    In the event of any inconsistency or any clarification thereof, regarding eligibility of above courses being run by the affiliated Colleges/ Institutes, the matter shall be referred to the ViceChancellor for interpretation, whose decision shall be final.

    Application Fee-

    The application fee will be submitted through online mode only.
    Male All Category except SC is Rs.150/- per college
    Male SC Category is Rs. 75/- per college.
    Female Applicant does not have to pay registration charges.

    Guidelines for Applicants

    1. For admission, an applicant can apply through the online admission portal only. There is no offline mode for submission of the admission application form.
    2. Registration for Online admission 2019-20 for UG Classes will start from 8th June 2019 to 28th June 2019.
    3. Mobile number mandatory for each registration.
    4. Aadhaar number and Bank Account details will be mandatory only for applicant claiming Scholarship benefits.
    5. Students in the merit list will be allocated seats based on their college, course and subject combination preferences in the application, subject to availability of the seats in their respective categories. Please fill the subject combinations carefully. You should choose the maximum number of combinations to ensure your seat in that particular course/ college.
    6. All students from Board of School Education, Haryana who have not applied for EWS/ NCC/NTSE/ NSS or Sports weightage do not have to go to the college for verification of documents.
    7. Weightage, wherever applicable, would be given as per University norms only. For detailsclick here.
    8. All other applicants (Other than Serial No.6), with or without weightage, have to get their documents verified from any college in which they have applied for admission between 21 June 2019 and 29 June 2019 12:00 PM. You will be eligible for Merit List only after document verification.
    9. All admitted students including gap year students will also reach respective colleges before 16 July also with a copy of their application ( printout) and documents as required. List of Documents as applicable :

    10. Name of the applicant will appear in Merit List as per eligibility/merit and post verification of documents (if required).
    11. General category students can now opt for EWS ( Economically Weaker Section) quota within the Haryana General Quota. They need to produce the required certificates for the same.

    For students other than Bhiwani Board: 
    10+2 DMC and Reservation Certificate if applicable
    All Boards: If applying for EWS: EWS certificate issued by a competent authority

    15. All admissions will stand provisional and College / University can cancel any admission if the information provided by the students fake/bogus in any stage.
    16. For admission cancellation student will have to go to that particular college and submit the application well in time and college will cancel his/her admission in College ERP. Then only he/she will be considered in the waiting list.
